"The Nebraska State Patrol's Criminal Identification Division has successfully used Identicator Corporation's Perfect Ink system for approximately one year. While I am unable to endorse a specific product or vendor I can and will state that the Patrol has experienced virtually no problems relative to its use. The product has lived up to its billing in regards to facilitating the rolling of quality fingerprints, cost savings, and ease of use. The Patrol also used Perfect Ink at the 1997 Nebraska State Fair to fingerprint children as part of an outreach campaign. Perfect Ink was chosen for this purpose because it is easy to use and because it is harmless to the children's clothing."
